Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used candles, wax melts, reed diffusers, or other home fragrance products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you with Refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Pure Vibes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
